Hello,

I have a furnished double room available in Herne Hill. Im rarely at the flat, so you’ll usually have it to yourself.

The flat is the top half of a lovely 1901 end of terrace house, on a quiet tree-lined residential street.

Transport: You have excellent connections into town, or out to Surrey or Kent.
Herne Hill train station is a 12min walk. You can also walk to Denmark Hill for the overground line, or Brixton for the tube. There are also excellent bus connections in all directions.

Herne Hill has a lovely village feel. Multiple large gated parks, community gardens, wood-fired sauna, outdoor lido, gyms, cultivated gardens, tree-lined streets, period-feature houses, Victorian pubs, independant shops and restaurants, organic groceries, convenient local shops, eco refill shop, vintage clothes and plant store, live music, a weekly Sunday farmers market, and more.

Im looking for someone who likes a quieter life when indoors and likes to take care of the space.

Flexible move-in date. Shorter lets preferred.
