A very confortable small double room with private bathroom/private terrace in the heart of Kensington.

The property compromises of 3 bedrooms, all of which have their own bathrooms with shower and bath, shared kitchen and living room. The room has a south facing terrace it gives the room plenty of sun during the day, it has a double bed with underneath storage, double fitted wardrobes, bookcase, wood floors, TV and Wi-FI.. some bills are included except electricity £20 a month fixed, TV licence, and internet, a cleaner £20 every two weeks.

Kensington is one of the greatest parts of London, being somewhat traditional and within close proximity to all the major London touristic spots (The South Kensington museum district, Hyde Park, Notting Hill, The High Street, where my apartment is located, is filled with diverse shops, cafes, restaurants and a few supermarkets. Beautiful Holland Park is 5 minutes walk from the property.

Transport links are plenty, with High Street Kensington Underground Station (District and Circle lines) only 8 minutes walk away. There are also many buses (some of which run all night) to different parts of London.. The room is available for 3-12 months, can be renewed by mutual agreement and with flexibility of short or long term.
