Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful private road with a stunning wild park at its doorstep. The area is super safe and very quiet, no cars or ambulance noise. We are about 10 min walk to Highams Park overground station which offers direct train to Central London in only 20 min (Liverpool Street) and access to Victoria Line in 5min (Walthamstow Central). Direct Bus to Woodford (central line). Experience the best of both worlds: a London neighbourhood with a countryside feel but within easy reach to Central London.

The house is a upside down maisonette with wooden floors, on the first floor are the bedrooms and bathroom and on the upper floor we have an open plan kitchen and living room.

Bills are not included - around £120

We are looking for someone that is considerate, respectful, super clean and tidy and that does not work from home.
