I have a lovely single bedroom available for £850/month, all bills included. The room has wooden flooring, a large window and beautiful views over the garden.

More than just a room, this is a peaceful, welcoming home and a place to truly feel at home. We’re on a quiet, safe private road with a stunning wild park right on our doorstep — it really feels like a little escape from the city.

At the same time, you’re very well connected. Highams Park station is a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to Liverpool Street in around 20 minutes, and easy access to the Victoria Line via Walthamstow Central. There’s also a direct bus to Woodford and the Central Line.

It’s the best of both worlds: a friendly London neighbourhood with a countryside feel, while still being within easy reach of Central London.

We’re two queer professionals who value having a clean, calm and tidy home. We welcome people of any gender or sexual orientation who are respectful, considerate and conscious of the shared space. Please note that we’re looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

Both short- and long-term lets can be considered.
