Cosy single bedroom with views to greenery, our house is located in a quiet and peaceful private road with a stunning wild park at its doorstep. We are less than a 10 min walk to Highams Park overground station which offers direct train to Central London in only 20 min (Liverpool Street) and access to Victoria Line in 5min (Walthamstow Central). Experience the best of both worlds: a London neighbourhood with a countryside feel but within easy reach to Central London.

The house is a maisonette with wooden floors, on the first floor are the bedrooms and bathroom and on the upper floor an open plan kitchen and living room.

This is a short let rental, until February 2024.

We are looking for someone that is considerate, respectful, super clean and tidy and that does not work from home.
