🙏 East London Community House🙏

I own a house in East London and have a room to rent. I am semi-retired and happen to be lesbian but am open to others of whatever age.
My desire is to develop a community of like-minded people who are interested in and/or involved in meditation, yoga, counselling, psychology, mental health, healing, teaching or something similar – and creating a peaceful living arrangement.
We have the usual things – dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, all new appliances in the kitchen.
The house and location: It’s in Highams Park / Chingford Hatch, with 3 shared bathrooms, a small rear garden, side entrance in a quiet street close to local supermarket and shops (Co-op, chemist, fish & chips, dry cleaners etc).
It’s close to several different parts of Epping Forest so absolutely lovey for walks.
All rooms are recently refurbished and finished to a high standard. The entrance / stairs are still to be done so bare floorboards but living spaces are beautiful – Kitchen/diner with extra sitting area and separate front room which will at some point be used for meditation and other group activities. It does have a garage but it's very full, although there should be some space if you have additional stuff.
Things we are particular about – peace and quiet; being considerate and honest; welfare of the animals (3 elderly house cats – and a rescue Staffie.). Anyone living here must love animals and be kind to the furry residents. The garden is overgrown which is nice for birds etc but if you like gardening you are welcome to help tidy it up or maybe grow some vegetables.
I’m looking for people who want a home, not just a room to rent - but happy to consider someone looking for a short term place to rest while on the road to their next adventure 🥳👼
