Short-term, Essentially Whole Flat Free

- Available immediately over the whole summer until late September. I will consider short term proposals to move in for a few weeks.
- There were two other renters throughout the last three years, who were all very happy with the accommodation and moved location for work purposes. One was a 28 year old female student and another was a 22 year old male student. Both were very happy with the flat and commented on what a nice area it was (and commented that it is very different to Walthamstow). I am open to all individuals renting the room.

- I work part time and live in Cardiff in a student accommodation. The flat will be yours almost entirely. I plan to be back only one night a month.

- Double bedroom for rent in two-bedroom flat.

- Large kitchen, lounge and balcony.

- 5 minutes scenic walk from Highams Park Station and buses. 5 minutes away from Victoria Line, which has direct link to UCL. 20 minutes direct to Liverpool Street.

- Newly constructed, modern, beautiful, safe and quiet area. Gym, Tesco superstore, stunning forest and outdoor park 2 minutes away. Library and golf nearby. Plenty of shops, takeaways, pubs, and restaurants at village centre 2 minutes away. Large local park two minutes.

- Very agreeable, tidy, organised and quiet flatmate (I don’t mind a bit of noise though).

- Building: far from big roads, advanced security technology. Next to security centre.

- Rarely used, massive open top floor space with tables and lounge chairs for sunbathing and gatherings.

- I am very tidy and proficient in maintaining and cleaning appliances.

- I am offering the larger bedroom of the flat for rent.
