Hey, our flatmate is moving out of our lovely place and we are now seeking a replacement.

The Room:
£900 with all bills included. It is a spacious double bedroom that gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day - the windows are large and have light blocking shutters 🌅
- Floor to ceiling wardrobe across an entire wall length (incredible amount of storage for clothing and shoe space etc.)
- Two full body mirrors within the wardrobes🤳
- Large desk with office chair included🤓
- Bathroom on the landing shared with only one other person (bath with shower; overhead and handheld)🛀🚿

The House:
Now, the house is absolutely stunning. It is a 3-story home that is fully furnished, a mix of modern and cozy so it feels very homely.
- Shared living room with 3 sofas and large TV📺🎶
- Incredible kitchen with all appliances you can think of. For my fellow lovers of cooking, there is plenty of counter space… including a marble island. The kitchen has a 6-chair hardwood dining table. Furthermore, there is a large common space with an L-shaped sofa and TV (it is essentially a bonus living room in an open kitchen)👩‍🍳
- Garden with outdoor seating ☀️🌱
- Parking space on a drive when not in use, as well as on the quiet and safe street🚗
- Separate toilet downstairs.
- Plenty of storage space throughout the house, nevermind just in the room! 📦

The Area:
Just an 8 minute walk to Highams Park station with trains going straight into - Liverpool Street St. in under 30 minutes 🚉
- Alternatively, under 10 minutes to Walthamstow (Victoria line tube).
- Plenty of bus routes only a 3 minute walk around the corner of the house bus🚏
- Tesco Superstore by the station (10 minute walk)🛒
- Chingford Costco is only a 20 minute drive.
- Plenty of local cafes where you can study, in addition to the local library☕️📚
- Several local food places and pubs (with excellent cocktails and mocktails).
- The location is very scenic, based a short walk to the lake and Epping Forest. A quiet area in a close knit neighbourhood community🌳

The Housemates:
You'll be living with two young professional women who work in Central London on a hybrid basis. When together, we love to relax with a good book or TV series, head out for a drink or two, and explore London’s food spots. We're fun, easygoing, and always up for a walk or a spontaneous plan. 📖💃🍹🪩🛍️💤🍝🍱🍟🍰🍉🍦

- The room will be available ASAP from 11 October 2026.
- All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax etc.)
- 1 month’s deposit and 1 month’s tent upfront required
- 6 month minimum stay
