Tranquil garden room by Highbury islington stn

We are in a lovely converted Victorian townhouse. My flatmate and my 12 year old son occupy the basement and 1st floor flat. We live on a beautiful tree lined street.

The room is med size double room recently decorated in a modern style, with a brand new mattress and bed. The room has a nice size wardrobe, small chest and a desk and WiFi and a beautiful view of the mature garden. With the bonus of all the birds singing!
The room is adjacent to the toilet.

The kitchen has all the facilities, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ovens and a hob, American fridge freezer, dining table and chairs.

There is a lush, green garden also for your use that has a sofa seating area, a bbq, a hot tub, and a trampoline!

We tend to hang out in the kitchen it’s a nice social space to chill and chat. We also have 2 toilets and a clean, nice sized bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and glass shower screens.

About me! I am a working, professional, mum. Super, super easygoing. I like to have a chilled out environment and live with chilled people. I respect others' privacy and require the same in return, I do love a good conversation, too. I like to socialise mainly outside of the house with friends and sometimes have a few people round for dinner or a cuppa.

We have 1 French bulldog called boss. He's 8 yrs old. and he is well-behaved and placid and super loving and very quiet

Location: We are right by 2 train stations, Canonbury (1mim walk) and Highbury, and Islington (5 min walk).
We have all the amenities close by also shops on the doorstep and restaurant and a pub, post office. We are very close to Angel, the city, and the west end. All reachable in less than 20 mins. We also have a bus stop right outside.
You can get anywhere in London in mins..

My ideal lodger would be someone who pays rent on time. very independent, ideally wanting it mon to Friday (but i will consider full timers) someone who knows about personal space and who doesn’t take over the vibe of the whole house. A chilled working person or student who doesn't work from home, who likes a calm and warm home which is homely..
someone who has a social life and does not require my constant attention!. Lol (I'm not being mean. It's just that I have a busy schedule)... I am super friendly, I promise! Lol
someone who is a good housemate and will do their bit to help keep the house clean. (I've had some really lazy flatmates). common courtesy and initiative form all makes a harmonious environment for all.
