Hello! I am going on holiday, and I am semi flexible with dates. Please message to know more. would love for someone to stay in my Highbury studio in the meantime!

The Flat:

This studio has a lot of space, and the kitchen is separate! You would also be 1 min walk away from the beautiful Clissold Park.
It comes furnished as seen in pictures (including adjustable standing desk, curved 27' 2K screen, 2 high-end office chairs, and a comfy double bed). Perfect for working from home.

There's also a bathtub/shower, and a washing machine.

Transport:

Well connected - Arsenal station is about a 12 minute walk, and is on the Piccaddilly line. Canonbury, and Highbury and Islington stations are both around a 20 min walk as well.

There are also bus stops 2 mins walk away that go straight to the centre.

Area:

Stoke Newington Church st. is a beautiful place for some food, drinks, or nice walks! Otherwise there's Islington, Angel, and Dalston also nearby, which are also very cool for going out/drinks/food.

The tenant:

Ideally you would be someone who is clean and responsible.
