Hi all! I’m heading off for a work trip from 23 November until around the middle of Feb and would love to find a subletter.

The flat is fantastic - you’d be living with three Brits guys and an Aussie girl all aged 31-33. Everyone has their own stuff on but are also always up for a chat / film / watching the football when home.

The room is huge, with wooden floors, an ensuite, Juliet balcony, desk space and tons of storage. It gets lots of light.

The flat is really big, and the rooms are split across 5 floors so it never feels crowded. There’s storage, big fridge/freezer, separate washer dryer, heating, etc etc. and a cleaner once a week.

It’s a 3 min walk from Arsenal (Piccadilly line tube), 5 min walk from Drayton Park (fast trains into the city/Moorgate/Old Street), and 15 min walk from both Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park. So is super handy, and close to supermarkets / restaurants / cute wine bars and shops.

We're also right next to Gillespie Park, 10 minutes from Clissold Park, and only a 5 minute walk from Highbury Fields.

The price is £1100 per month, so roughly £3000 total (which I’d prefer to be paid upfront given you won’t be on the lease). Please get in touch if you’re interested!
