Highbury Barn garden flat: whole flat by agreement

Highbury Barn, less than a minute's walk from Highbury Fields.

A good option for someone living solo or a couple. One furnished double bedroom is available, with use of the living room, kitchen and garden. I'm advertising as a live-out landlord. Use of the second bedroom and the whole-flat arrangement are up for discussion.

About me: I'm Adam, 32, from Northern Ireland. I've lived in London for 7 years and bought this flat this summer. I work in climate tech and travel a lot, so I'm not in London very much.

Fully furnished, with beds and fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a new sofa, a table and a coffee table. The garden has a BBQ and seating. Everything works, but the flat isn't fully decorated yet. That's down to an ongoing dispute with a builder over some wonky walls, which I want settled before I finish it.

£1,500 per month, excluding bills (wifi included). Deposit £1,000. Available from 1 December until April, with options to extend.
