Choice of two rooms!

One is furnished (chest of drawers and wardrobe – can include a desk and monitor too) with its own ensuite. The other is unfurnished, so an option for you if you've got your own furniture, and you'd have the main bathroom all to yourself.

ALL bills included (WiFi, water, gas and electric)

Short stay only – available from late December / early Jan for 3–4 months, flexible either way so do message if you need to tweak dates

Just off Highbury Fields – 8 mins walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line / Overground) or 10 mins to Holloway Road (Piccadilly line)

There'll also be a friendly long-haired tuxedo cat staying with me for a couple of weeks in early Jan while my best friend settles into Edinburgh – he loves company, so cat people welcome x

A bit about me: I'm an Aussie, I’m a professional and out of the house a fair bit, and I've lived here with my best friend for 3 years – she's now moving to Edinburgh so I'm after a short-term flatmate. The flat is cosy, clean and comfortable, and it's a brilliant area for exploring London. I'd love someone easygoing and tidy who's happy with a chat in the kitchen but also happy doing their own thing xx
