Large (top floor) double room available with a bed, two wardrobes, desk, chest of drawers and space to spare. The move-in date is somewhat flexible. The rent for a full-time let is £850 pcm excluding bills - it would be less for a part-time let. Bills should come to ~£165 pcm (including council tax, band E).

The flat itself is over two floors - have good sized lounge-kitchen-dining room, bathroom and garden.

Would suit single, reasonably sociable (and housetrained), non-smoking professional; who preferably doesn't need to work from home more than one day (or occasionally two) per week. Bonus points if you don't get up at all hours of the night (yes, that has happened before. More of a concern as I fall into the 'early bird' rather than 'night owl' camp.)
