Big Double Room In Cute Flat in Highgate

We’re looking for a male flatmate to join our long-term home in Highgate. We’re two Brazilian women in our 30s (a chef and a paediatrics OT), and based on past experience, having a male flatmate has worked best for us.

This is a calm and respectful household. We’ve lived here for 8 years and plan to stay long term. The landlord is great and very responsive.

The location:
Highgate is a lovely, green area. Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods and Hampstead Heath are all nearby, and Crouch End / Muswell Hill are close for cafés and pubs. There are good bus links to Camden and Holloway.

The room:
Large double room, furnished with a double bed and storage. All rooms can be locked from inside and outside.

The cat 🐾:
We have a much-loved resident cat, so we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely comfortable living with a cat and understands the importance of safety (window nets need to stay in place).

Practical stuff:
Rent is £757 pcm.
Bills are around £100 pcm depending on the season and include a weekly cleaner for shared areas.
Minimum stay is 6 months.

About you:
We’re looking for someone mature, reliable and considerate, who’s clean in shared spaces and respectful of different schedules.
Smoking is fine, but only outside (downstairs).
