Looking for a flatmate to share our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Highgate from 15th July!
**Disclaimer**
Cat lovers a plus! We have a fluffy resident feline who's both sweet and mischievous. Your help with keeping window nets closed for their safety would be greatly appreciated. If you're allergic to cats or a light sleeper, this might not be the perfect fit. A friend normally stays in my room to look after the cat when I go to visit family in Brazil.
About the room:
- Big room with double bed and furniture in place.
- All rooms can be locked from inside/outside.
About the flat:
- We're two Brazilian girls in our 30s, a chef and an occupational therapist. One of us has called this place home for the past 7 years, and we have a fantastic landlord who's always happy to help.
- Located in Highgate, surrounded by beautiful green spaces - Waterlow Park, Highgate Woods, and Hampstead Heath are all on your doorstep!
- Crouch End and Muswell Hill with their cool pubs and cafes are also close by.
- Easy access to Camden and Holloway by bus.
- Bills are roughly £100 per month depending on the season (including a weekly cleaner for common areas).
About you:
- We'd love a respectful, clean/tidy, and responsible flatmate who is considerate of different work schedules (noise levels).
- A male flatmate would help maintain a good balance in the house.
- Non-smokers preferred as the flat is smoke-free. However, smokers will be considered if willing to smoke outside downstairs.
