Light, bright, new, double room in family home

My husband and I (Australian/Greek British) and our two children (9 and 10 year old) live in a stylish and newly remodelled 5 bed house with our lovely Aupair (early 30s). Our former Aupair also lived with us as a lodger for a year and now she’s moved on we’d like to rent out our spare room with adjacent modern bathroom/shower room (shared only with Aupair). The room is available immediately.

We live on a pretty, quiet, residential street in Highgate village. The room is located on the first floor of our house and has a large window overlooking our back garden so is quiet and private.

Floor to ceiling cupboards and wardrobes fill one of the walls so there is ample storage.

WiFi and Netflix is included free.

The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned weekly by our cleaner so you only need to maintain your room. You will also have access to the washing machine and dryer in the utility room.

Highgate is a very special part of London with access to green spaces such as Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath. Our home is located walking distance to Highgate and Crouch End (N6) and is serviced by major bus routes along with Highgate (less than 10mins walk) and Archway stations (central in 15mins).

The room comfortably fits a double bed but currently has a single bed. It is furnished (a single bed, mattress, duvet, pillow, desk, office chair, side table, lamp, full length mirror).

We completely remodelled the house when we moved in two years ago, so everything is new.

My husband and I are in the office 3+ days/week, and with the kids in school, the house is quiet by day.

With two young children, we would like a quiet, respectful individual to share our family home.
