Sunny Highgate Double Bedroom - Bills Included!!

Hi, I'm Anna. I live in Highgate and am looking for a flatmate to move into a spare room. The flat is very close to Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Highgate Village. Which is great, especially in the summer if you like to be outside!

The building is surrounded by trees with communal outdoor space, which can be used for barbecues. It also has a balcony, a shed with lockable bike storage, parking and an allotment space! The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and a laundry drying cupboard.

Highgate tube is a 7 min walk away, and has very good connections to Central London. The local area (within 15 min walk) has many independent grocery shops and a small Tesco.

I really enjoy living here, it is much more peaceful than anywhere else I've lived in London. The bedroom faces onto a wooded area so there is very little noise. It also has a built in storage on one wall, a desk and a large (Antique) double bed.

I am very easy-going and have a busy work schedule so am looking for someone independent and friendly! I am working in an architectural studio, so I have many books on design and art materials in the house. If this is something that interests you that would be wonderful. I also enjoy going running, salsa, reading and exploring local pubs.
