I’m looking for a considerate and tidy lodger for a short-term stay of up to 2 months, starting in November, with a flexible move-in date. The double room will be available from 3 November and is suitable for one person or a couple (up to 2 adults). Lodger agreement of up to 2 months. Off-street, private and secure bike storage provided for free if needed.

A bright, double bedroom with high ceilings in a two-bedroom modern, recently refurbished and well-equipped flat in the heart of Highgate, ideally located for both transport and green spaces:

* 🚇 Just a 3-minute walk to Highgate Underground station.
* 🌳 2 minutes from Highgate Wood.
* 🌿 10 minutes from Queen’s Wood and Highgate High Street.
* 🍃 Less than a 20-minute walk to Hampstead Heath and Kenwood House.
* Plenty of parking nearby.

The bathroom, kitchen and living area are shared with just one person (me).

In the room you’ll find:
* double bed with storage drawers
* desk and chair
* bedside table
* 2 wardrobes

Kitchen is equipped with washer dryer, coffee machine, air fryer, oven, microwave, blender, juicer and more.

It’s a great location for anyone who enjoys nature, peaceful surroundings and easy access to central London, right next to old historic pubs and shops.

💷 Rent and terms

* Single occupancy: £1,000/month + bills.
* Double occupancy: £1,500/month + bills.
* £700 deposit.
* Bills are approximately £160 pcm per person for double occupancy, or £230 pcm per person for single occupancy.
* Lodger agreement provided.
* Available for up to 2 months, with a flexible start date in November.
