Double Room near Highgate Wood!

Our current flatmate is moving back to Australia at the start of December, so her double room will be available from the 1st, rent is £800, bills £115 which is paid on the 1st of the month. The deposit is a months rent. The room faces towards Highgate Woods, it comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress and large wardrobe.

The flat itself is located in a gorgeous art deco building on an estate with two private managed gardens and occasional community events. We have a large shared lounge kitchen area and balcony (great in the summer!). Two of the rooms have en-suite so you will be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. On street parking is available if you apply for the required permit.

We are two film/tv professionals and a architect, our flat is sociable but where everyone can have their own space.
We would say we’re pretty chill as flatmates, enjoy a walk up to Muswell Hill for a food shop, going to the cinema to watch films every so often and that the flat really feels like a home more than just a flat share, we would be looking for someone who would like to fit in with that vibe.

No smoking, no pets (resident foxes in the garden)

5mins walk to Highgate tube (Northern line). Hampstead Heath, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Highgate Village and Archway are all walkable in 30mins or less each.
