Stylish double room in a recently renovated two-bedroom apartment available for short-term lets up to six months. Enjoy timber floors, a large closet with rail and shelves, a double bed, plus plenty of light from a window as wide as the room.

The flat is situated in a community of eight flats - and we all know each other so it’s safe and friendly. Plus we share a communal garden. The flats are on a quiet residential street in Hither Green with driving restrictions between 08:30-09:30 and 14:45-15:45 Mon to Fri during term time because of the primary school which means that the street is fairly quiet.

The flat is walking distance to three overground stations: Hither Green, Ladywell and Lee. From Hither Green you can be in London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street in 10-15 mins. There’s also good bus links.

Hither Green is super nice, with a number of parks, and the flat is a 30-sec walk from a deli, café, bar, a yummy Dishoom-like Indian, and a Co-Op (supermarket) on Hither Green Lane. Or a 5-min walk to The Station Pub, an Italian or Turkish restaurant, plus a traditional Fish 'n' Chippy, as well as a Sainsbury's (supermarket) and other high-street delights.

The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly.

As for me...I work from home when not being distracted by my very friendly cat called Kobe.

Looking for a female-identifying or LGBTQ+ lodger who is friendly, respectful and who doesn't work from home. This is a short-term situation from 1-6 months.
