It is a short term rent possibly to extend.

I currently live in this flat with my two well behave cats and work in education Monday to Friday, although former fashion designer. I’m friendly, easy-going person, and I am wishing to have a flatmate similar kind.

I get along with most people and don’t have strict rules. However, I am expecting to keep home well maintain and positive. I’m happy whether you’re more introverted or social, as I am fully independent. However like to hangout with if you liked.

**It’s a bright, comfortable flat, and I’ve had no issues living here for the past three years. The flat and the room is furnished, feel free to change however you like.

The room is medium-sized and comes with a day bed (which can be changed into a double), a desk, wardrobe, and bike shelf. It also gets beautiful natural light, especially during the summer. There is a big attachment, used as a terrace.

About the area

The flat is very well located, with three parks nearby and plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance.

Hither Green station is about an 8-minute walk, with London Bridge only one stop away (13 minutes).

Blackheath is a lovely 15–20 minute walk, and Lewisham DLR is also about 20 minutes away.

The area is safe and has a good local GP.

Short time let not an airbnb so please bring your own essential by any means.

I will ask 2 weeks upfront payment and 120 for deposit in order to secure deep cleaning if needed.
