Beautiful King Size Bedroom Zone 3 (Hither Green)

We’re a professional couple, Jimmy and Louise, living in a lovely four-bedroom period house in Hither Green, and we’re looking for someone friendly and considerate to rent our spare room.

We’re both sociable, easy-going people who enjoy making the most of London, spending time outdoors and having a comfortable, welcoming home to come back to. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a relaxed household, while also having their own space and independence.

A little introduction to the other members of the household! We have two pets: Ben, our Greek rescue dog, who is a very friendly, affectionate and sociable boy who absolutely loves meeting other dogs, and Pascal, our cat - who hates Ben.

The house

Our home is a spacious period property with plenty of character and room to relax. There’s a shared living room, dining room, conservatory, a well-equipped kitchen, a garden, and two bathrooms so there’s plenty of space beyond the bedroom itself.

We want the house to feel like a home rather than simply a place where people rent rooms. You’re welcome to make use of the shared spaces and enjoy the garden.

All bills are included, WiFi, council tax, water, gas, electricity, etc

The location

We’re in Hither Green, which is a lovely residential part of south-east London. Hither Green station is within easy reach, with direct trains into central London, including London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross.

There are also lovely local parks, independent cafés, pubs and shops nearby.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, we’re looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional who enjoys living in a shared home. Someone who likes animals is essential, as Ben and Pascal are very much part of the family!
