LSE Student Looking for a Flatmate - Holborn

Hi, I'm an LSE economics undergrad looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out. Bedroom 2(shown in the floor plan) is free and I'm looking for a male student to share with.

The flat is fully furnished and has had the heating system newly replaced this year. The Kitchen has all basic appliances including gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The flat is located in a great place with a close tube station. LSE, KCL and UCL's central campus are all within walkable distance(my current flatmate is from UCL). There are also convenience stores(M&S, Tescos, Coop) and a Mcdonalds all within a 5 minutes' walk.

I'm a very laid back and quiet person. I enjoy gaming, board games, reading, anime etc. I'm always happy to chat, or give personal space if that's what you want. I don't personally drink or smoke, but you can drink if you want to. You're free to bring any friends over as long as you let me know and its not overly noisy.

Some more details:

The price listed would be your half of the rent. I've lived in this flat for a year and you can expect bills to be around £100 per month(that's your half). This would cover water, electricity, gas and WiFi. There is no council tax since we're all students in the flat.

Move in is by the end of June(the current tenancy ends June 19th). Any communications during the tenancy is through an letting agency, which from my experience the past year has been very helpful(they have their own electricians/technicians to help if anything in the household breaks).

As with the new renter's rights act the tenancy is on a monthly rolling basis but as a student I'd expect the tenancy to be for the academic year - please don't decide to move out halfway through the year.
