Just a 5-minute walk to Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations, with two parks within 3–5 minutes. Very convenient for UCL, LSE, KCL, SOAS, Birkbeck, GOSH and UCLH.

The flat is also just two doors from the former home of Bertrand Russell, the philosopher and Nobel Prize winner, reflecting the area’s long academic and literary heritage.

I’m a friendly, considerate writer and full-time professional — quiet, clean and respectful — looking for someone who values a peaceful home, appreciates interesting conversation from time to time, and understands shared living: keeping shared spaces clean and contributing to household essentials.

Short stays of 2 to 3 months are also welcome.
