My flatmate has recently bought her own place and I’ve decided to move with her, so we’re looking for two people to take over our rooms. The rooms are available individually, but would also be perfect for two friends looking to move together.

You’d be living with our existing female flatmate, a working professional in her early 30s. We’re ideally looking for female working professionals aged 25–33 who are clean, considerate and respectful.

It’s a clean, calm and friendly home rather than a party flat, although friends are always welcome! We’d love to find people who are independent but also enjoy a friendly, homely environment.
