This is part of an existing house-share of working professionals, 5 bedrooms in total. Really lovely housemates who love living in the house and have been here long term. :)

- This is a real home not just somewhere to sleep

- Water pressure bang on! 2 bathrooms with baths and showers and a separate loo too. It’s the little things that matter.

- all bills are included but the gas & electricity is capped so if you go over, there's a charge but this rarely happens - please ask for more details , and a cleaner every 2 weeks to keep the bathrooms and communal areas nice and tidy.

- Holloway has an ever increasing creative vibe! Lovely coffee shops, its a foodie mecca here, bars and restaurants on your doorstep, but also gyms. parks and cycling is a dream around here. Plenty of room for bikes.

- Arsenal football stadium close by if you like a bit of footy!
They've recently made the road limited access so the road is now nice and quiet (apart from match days when its buzzing.)
