Creative person to join gorgeous, period house!

General: This is a lovely room in a stunning architect remodeled Victorian six-bedroom house on a quiet road. We are a group of creatives looking for someone in a creative industry to join our young, happy household. 22-28 age group is ideal.

The room: Quiet double with super high ceiling and modern LED dimmer lights. Sash window overlooking gardens—double Bed and shelving unit.

The house: A gorgeous 6 bedroom Victorian house with all its original features plus all mod cons (dishwasher, W/M, dryer, fridge/freezers, oven, and hobs) and high-quality fittings. The recent refit and eco specification was designed by our architect daughter, Amber and it is divine! A generous through double lounge (fully furnished) and stunning landscaped garden with an outside artist’s studio. Fab kitchen and diner plus two modern shower rooms make up the communal areas.

The location: a tranquil and leafy residential road a few minutes walk to Holloway tube (Piccadilly Line) and Drayton Park BR. Loads of trendy, multicultural restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets nearby. Highbury Fields and the buzz of Highbury and Islington are an easy walk away.

Current Tenants: You’ll be joining Amber (Architect and landlord daughter) Sapphire (Sculptor MA at RCA and landlord daughter) Morgan (playwright) Carolina (Curator MA at Courtauld Institute) and Jack (Environmental Design).

You: We’re looking for someone preferably in a creative industry who is sociable but doesn’t want a full-on party house.

Each room is let on a Lodgers’ Agreement for 12 months with utilities on top (approx. £60 per month per person last year)
