Double Room in North London

Hi, this is for a double bed room in a two bed flat in North London, Holloway, N7.

Location is just off Holloway High Street with loads of pubs and shops, 10 minutes from Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line, 25 minutes into central) and 20 minutes from either Finsbury Park (Victoria line) or Tufnell Park (Northern Line). Apartment block is from the 1930's and is tucked away from the roads with a private car park to the road and a dead end tree lined access road to the rear.

I am the only other tennant (Male, 28, works in the live event industry), the room comes partially furnished (double bed & chest of drawers) happy to for you to add your own furniture or for me to buy additional as required.

I will be away for most of the time during the summer and then work from home during the winter. There is a kitchen with oven and washing machine and shared living rooms as well as a bathroom with shower/ bath.

All bills are included, including fibre broadband.
