Double room in a two-bedroom flat – Holloway, N7

Hi, I’m looking for someone to join me in a two-bedroom flat in Holloway, North London. The room is available now, with a flexible move-in date, and I’m looking for a long-term flatmate.

The flat and room
The flat is in a 1930s apartment block just off Holloway High Street, with plenty of shops and pubs nearby. It’s tucked away from the main roads, with a private car park at the front and a tree-lined, no-through access road at the rear.

The room comes with a double bed and chest of drawers. You’re welcome to bring your own furniture, and I’m happy to discuss buying any additional pieces you might need.

There’s a shared living room, a kitchen with an oven and washer-dryer, and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Getting around
Approximate walking times:

Holloway Road: 10 minutes — Piccadilly line
Finsbury Park: 20 minutes — Victoria and Piccadilly lines
Tufnell Park: 20 minutes — Northern line

About me
I’m Jack, 29, male, and work in the live events industry. You’d be sharing with just me. My work takes me away frequently during summer and winter, sometimes for months at a time, so you’d often have the flat to yourself. When I’m home, mainly during spring and autumn, I work from home.

Bills
Bills are a fixed £150 per month on top of rent. This covers the usual household bills, including fibre broadband, plus shared essentials such as toilet roll, cleaning supplies, soap etc.
