Lovely room in a very well-located flat

After over 5 years living in this flat, our flatmate is moving home to New Zealand, so we now have one double room available in our fantastic flat in Holloway.

The room is on the top floor, looking out over the shared garden and The Emirates. It is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and two bedside tables. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate.

We also have a comfortable shared living space and a shared back garden which gets the morning/afternoon sun. The garden is shared with the 1 bedroom flat below.

The flat is located less than 5mins from Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly line) and 15 mins to Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington stations (Victoria line). Multiple supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk.

The flat has three rooms, so you will be sharing with existing flatmates - Tash from the UK and Aisling from Australia (both in our early 30s).

We’re looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate; someone who isn’t full time WFH and who is happy to have a relaxed chat at the end of the day. Ideally someone who is also keen to keep a clean and tidy home.

Bills vary month to month but typically average out at approx £150-£180 per month, on top of rent. This is including a bi-weekly cleaner.

The room is available from the start of January, but there is some flexibility for the move in date.
