I am a private landlord looking for a new tenant (= non smoking, clean and tidy professional) to share the place with my 3 current tenants (no agency fee or any other fees). The advertised room will be available on 15th November.

Existing tenants are 3 professionals in their 20s-30s (researcher, architectural engineer and recruitment manager)

My tenants love the place and have called it home for many years.

The place is a 4 bed-room upper maisonette property which covers 2 top floors of an attractive Victorian building with 3 large roof terraces facing 3 different directions, an open plan kitchen with a large window open to the back garden, fully fitted kitchen with DW, WM etc.; a spacious 3-piece bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are plenty of parking space in front of the house if you have a car.

The advertised room is

- a double bedroom on the 2nd floor of the building with 2 large window facing Caledonian Rd and the side of the building, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe.
The rent of this room is £1,050 per calendar month ex bills. Council tax is already included in the Rent. All other bills total approx £100.

My tenants look for a sociable, clean and tidy housemate. They are easy going, tidy and respectful. They prefer to share with non-smoking, clean, tidy, laid-back professional. No couple, no twin room.
