We’re looking for a new girl to join our lovely three bed just off Holloway Road, Islington with me Sarah (29), and Zac (also 29).
The house: A big 4 storey townhouse in a quiet private mews with a gate with buzzer, with an open plan kitchen living area where we like to hang out, make dinners, watch films and have a catch up. There’s one bathroom and 2 balconies. Each room is on a seperate floor so there’s lots of space for each of us!
The room: A top floor bright and airy double room with a bed and a lovely private balcony. The room is available end of November.
Rent: £632pcm (an absolute STEAL!!) and bills are 150ish a month. Deposit is £750 and the landlord is super nice, helpful. and chill
Travel Links: We are super well connected here, we have a bus stop just outside, Holloway Road Station a short walk away, Archway & Upper Holloway (Overground) Stations up the road with Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington nearby too.
You: We’re looking for a girl to move in who will be part of of the household as we have such a good vibe here. Would be great to find someone on the same wavelength as us, as we really value being friends and not just housemates, although we respect personal space and also like to do our own thing too.
Us: I work in Fashion and I’m in the office most days, Zac works in Music and works remotely. We love doing our hobbies, going to charity shops, nice pubs & going for a boogie.
