Two Rooms in Flat just off Holloway/Caledonian Rd

About the flat:

We are a 10 minute walk from both the Caledonian Road and Holloway Road tube stations, 15 minutes from Highbury and Islington and 20 minutes from Finsbury Park.

Bills are not included in the rent and average about £160 per month including council tax.

There is a large shared kitchen, fully furnished, with an oven, gas stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and stand mixer.

There is also a spacious living room (also fully furnished) with big bookshelves, two couches, a TV, coffee table, and a small desk. We have a landing on the stairs up to the flat where we keep shoes and coats/bags etc. and access to a balcony with two chairs and a small table.

The flat is two floors. The first bedroom (£850) is located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor and the 2nd available bedroom (£1150) is the master and is located on the 2nd floor. There is one shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. We have ample outdoor space out front as well as access to parking.

ROOM ONE: £850
This room is on the 1st floor with a double bed, a desk, lamp, dresser, and standing wardrobe. There is plenty of under-bed storage as well.

ROOM TWO: £1150
This is the master bedroom located on the 2nd floor. There is a king sized bed, dresser, standing wardrobe, and a spacious work from home area with a desk and chair.

ABOUT ME:

Hello :) My name is Mandy, 26 (she/her) and I have been living in this flat with two friends from my masters program for the last two years. We were fortunate to get on great as flatmates and I am hoping to keep this a friendly and social space going forward!

The flat is often used for hosting friends and family and common spaces are treated very much as community spaces. In other words, I'd like to find someone interested in getting to know their flatmates as friends. There are large bookshelves in the living room stocked full of things to read so essentially, you're also getting yourself a nice little library card and a flatmate known for leaving cookies and cakes on the kitchen counter. :)

Also, this is a queer friendly flat!
