We’re looking for a sociable, clean and tidy girl in her mid-twenties to take over my room in our 2-bed flat. I’m moving south for a change, but have loved living here and will be sad to leave!

* The flat was partially furnished when we moved in, and most of the living room furniture belongs to Sophia, so the place is fully equipped and you won’t need to buy any essentials.
* We also have a great apartment manager who’s responsive and helpful, so if any problems come up, we can always reach out to him.

The flat is in a really convenient spot, with loads nearby and great transport links:

* 10–15 minute walk to Tufnell Park (Northern Line)
* 10–15 minute walk to Holloway Road station (Piccadilly Line)
* 15–20 minute walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria Line)
* Loads of buses straight into the city
* 10-minute bus journey to Camden Town

You’ve also got everything you need right on your doorstep, including Waitrose, Morrisons and Lidl, plus lots of lovely cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby. There’s also an Odeon Luxe just around the corner!

I’m 25, originally from Ukraine, and moved to London 4 years ago. I’ve been working in the film/media industry and doing part-time nannying on the side. I’m a very home caring person, so you can expect a chilled vibe and warm atmosphere. I know there are people who consider house sharing as just a place to sleep, but given that it’s just me and you. I think it’s a slightly different and closer setup. I hope whoever moves in will genuinely feel like it’s a home rather than just a house. Also, as it’s just the two of us, it’s easier to have friends or relatives visiting, as both your room and the living room can be used for their stay.

* Rent: £1,025 per month, payable at the start of each month
* Bills: Average around £100 per month
* Move-in date: 1st December (can be flexible to a later date)
* 33k earning requirements or guarantor
