About the place:
This is a long term let. The room is in a 2-bed flat in Holloway (zone 2 - 2 stops on the Piccadilly line from King’s Cross or 15min by bus; 15 min to Angel or Camden by bus). It’s a spacious double bedroom with a bed, two wardrobes, a mirror and a chest of drawers. There is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Definitely not a party house but a friendly and open one. The rent (£920) includes all bills (unless there are more price rises due to inflation but let’s keep fingers crossed this doesn’t happen). The room is pretty basic and you can decorate it to your heart's content.
Free to move in from 18th May.

A bit about me:
an introverted extrovert female who’s into hiking, cycling, cinema, theatre, gym, art and good food. Sociable but more of a jazz and a good conversation person, not a party animal. I appreciate open communication and a good sense of humour. I’m up for chats, exploring London together, brunch, etc. but also need my individual downtime. I’m quite busy during the week and I try to recharge in different ways during the weekends - sometimes by just staying in or exploring London's museums, parks and restaurants.
I’ve been living in the flat for over a decade and I'm the main tenant. There is a sublet contract agreement.

About you:
I would like to share with someone looking for a home, rather than just a stopover. I’d most gladly share with introverts/ambiverts as I tend to get along with them best but open to all kinds of different personalities. Ideally, with someone happy to have a healthy balance of spending time together and apart. I’d be happy to share with a single, professional female in her 30s who is looking for a tranquil place and is up for an occasional chat and meal together.
