About the place:
The room is in a 2-bed flat in Holloway (zone 2 - 2 stops on the Piccadilly line from King’s Cross or 15min by bus; 15 min to Angel or Camden by bus). It’s a spacious double bedroom with a bed, two wardrobes, a mirror and a chest of drawers. There’s a small folded desk and chair now too. There is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Definitely not a party house but more of a cosy home. The rent includes all bills (unless there are more price rises due to inflation but let’s keep fingers crossed this doesn’t happen). The room is pretty basic and you can decorate it to your heart's content.
Free to move in from 01 October.

A bit about me:
an ambivert female who’s into hiking, cycling, cinema, theatre, gym, art and good food. Sociable but more of a jazz and a good conversation person, not a party animal. I appreciate open communication and a good sense of humour. I’m up for chats, exploring London together, brunch, etc. but also need my individual downtime. I’m quite busy during the week and I try to recharge in different ways during the weekends - sometimes by just staying in or exploring London's museums, parks and restaurants.
I’ve been living in the flat for over a decade and I'm the main tenant. There is a sublet contract agreement for the other tenant.

About you:
I would like to share with someone happy to have a healthy balance of spending time together and apart. I’d be most happy to share with a female who is looking for a tranquil place and is up for an occasional chat and meal together. Open to mature MA/PhD students and professionals.
