I'm looking for a new lodger to share my 8th floor flat, with views over Highgate and the Emirates Stadium. Available on 10th January 2027
You'll have your own furnished double bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and Roku TV. Desk available if needed
Location: Great transport links, shops and restaurants nearby:
- 5 mins to Holloway Road tube and Drayton Park
- 12 mins to Highbury & Islington
- Co-op opposite, plus Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Waitrose and others nearby
Bills: Council tax included. Water, electricity, hot water, heating and Wi-Fi are approximately £80 per person per month, depending on usage and the time of year
A bit about me: I'm a tech professional, easygoing and friendly. I enjoy cycling, yoga, travelling and keeping active
I'm a live in landlord, but definitely not one of those! I'd like us to feel like equals sharing a home, rather than having a traditional landlord to lodger arrangement. Open communication is important to me, so feel free to make suggestions, get involved in decisions, change things around and even tell me off if I'm being unreasonable!
Looking for someone clean, considerate, open minded and gay friendly. No smoking please, sorry
