It's close to all the amenities, shops, community park, restaurants, pubs, etc. The Odeon cinema is a 5 minute stroll. The gym is even nearer. Sainsbury's express is practically outside the door, as is the bus stop.

The bedroom that's available is the Bedroom 2 on the floorplan, a larger than average double and has plenty of storage (here and elsewhere in the flat). It has two double windows (the room will be redecorated before you move in [new curtains, carpet and paint]). The large lounge/dining room has carpeted floors and an extendable dining table. The kitchen has electric hob and oven, washerdryer and fridge freezer.

It’s a private let; no agents, upfront fees etc, you just pay one month's rent in advance and a month's rent as a deposit (£1,710 upfront in total).

Transport options are fantastically good: Archway (Northern) and Holloway Road Tubes (Piccadilly) and Upper Holloway overground are nearby. Bus routes 43, 271, 263, 29, 153, 4, 253, 254 and more I may not have remembered.
