Great room to rent in Highbury!

Join me in this amazing flat, 2mins walk from Highbury & Islington station surrounded by great cafes, shops and parks. I've been in this flat for 1.5 years and my flatmate is moving so looking for a replacement.

As you will see in the photos, it is a spacious, well-lit and excellent flat. Underfloor heating, quiet, safe and in a great neighbourhood.

From my side, I'm a professional working at a big 4, enjoy cooking, films and reading. For the flat, important to keep it clean and a friendly atmosphere. I'm in the office 3-4 days a week, the rest either out with friends or relaxing at home.

Note that the picture of the room is for illustrative purposes only. The other room available is the same size as shown and is furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. We are currently under a 2month rolling contract, but would prefer someone to stay for minimum 6 months.

Note bills are around £200 per month so it adds up to around £1,470 (includes council tax, broadband and utility bills),
