Hello!

Searching for our new flatmate to join us in our home.

- Move in date of 01 April 2026
- Rent (and bills) are £1130 per month
- Room is furnished, includes double bed and mattress, large wardrobe and desk.

The Room: Bright and airy, this large double room is neutral (white paint, grey carpet), and comes partly furnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and was recently redecorated!). You’ll also have your own private balcony ☀️

The Flat: We’re on the second floor of a modern building based in a nice complex just off a main road, with lift access. The flat is well maintained and includes all modern amenities including washer-dryer, gas oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

The kitchen living area is large with a comfy sofa, a dining area and a decent sized balcony, which we’d like to do up in time for summer! Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of items for shared use. Additionally there is an air fryer, coffee machine and juicer that you are free to use. There is one shared bathroom with shower/bath/toilet plus an an additional toilet.

Flatmates: We are a two girls Liv (32) and Maddie (31) who would love to find an easy going flatmate to live alongside. We are pretty independent but do enjoy a trip to the cinema, a picnic in Victoria park, or chit chatting in the kitchenand would love to find someone with a similar energy, who would like to get involved but still values their own time and space.


We really prioritise living in a clean environment, and would like to live with someone that is as enthusiastic about this as we are!

Transport: Roughly a 8 minute walk to Homerton Station, with many bus routes including the 488 (Dalston - Bow) which stops right outside the flat, along with the W15, 30, 26, 276, 236 and 308 which stop a 3 minute walk away. Zone 2.

The Area: We’re in close proximity to the hospital, convenience stores, a doctors surgery (literally attached to the building), a library, takeouts, and a couple of really great pubs. Victoria Park is a 6 minute walk away, and we’re also close to Hackney Marshes. If you’re new to the area, I’ll be more than happy to give you further details or show you around!

Rent includes all bills - but please note that any energy/rent price increases are not included.


We kindly ask that the below terms work for you before reaching out. We’ll be doing viewings next week (from Tuesday 10 March) so please let us know your availability!

- Move in date of April 01 2026 (this is when the rent cycle starts)
- Furnished room - our current flatmate is selling some pieces too if interested. Option to remove existing bed if not needed.
- No pets please (sorry 🥲)
