We’re two easygoing guys in our 30s looking for another guy to join our home. We both work quite a lot, so the house is usually quiet sanctuaryfor us, so not suitable for party house , but when we have time off we enjoy doing barbecues in the garden, watching movies, or having dinner with friends.

We also share the house with a lovely cat 🐱, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that.

The room available is on the smaller side, so it might not be ideal for someone very tall. That said, everyone who’s lived here before has said it’s never really about the size of the room, but about the house and the atmosphere — it’s a lovely place to live.

The flat is inHomerton. Situated a 4 minute walk away from the Homerton overground station with good connections to central London. The flat is a 10 min walk away from Victoria Park and Hackney Wick /Marshes and a 15 minute walk away from London Fields.
The house has 2 toilets and a storage for bikes .

You would be sharing the space with Fabio, an Italian hairdresser who has been living in London for the past 15 years and has his own hair salon. (Cheeky haircuts included in this deal) and Callum a chef (great )just moved from Brighton to realize his dreams as chef . So we actually are the best combo mates to live with 😁.

The nitty gritty:
The landlord requires 3 months payslips if employed and/or an SA302 if self-employed to show you can cover the rent.
(Deposit It's 5 weeks rent which works out to £750 for the deposit)

Bills are not included but would average approximately £110/ 120 per month in the winter, and less in the summer.
Unfortunately, our landlord does not accept students.
And we cannot accept any more pets sadly.
