Room in Homerton - From December 1st

Hello All! We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely house in Homerton :)

The room is 1150 which includes all bills. We are looking for between 3 & 6 months ideally - but its flexible - so let us know what you are looking foe and we are happy to discuss.

The house:

Is situated on a main road between Homerton and Hackney Wick
- 2 minute walk to Victoria Park
- 5 minute walk from Homerton Station overground
- 7-10 minute walk to Hackney Wick
- 7-10 minute walk to Chatsworth Road.
- 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms (one with a bath/shower, one with a shower).
- A lovely, colourful.. open plan living and kitchen area
- We have dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Bedroom: Is a really good size. It's on the 1st floor, 2 large windows, It can come with a bed and mattress, and 2 lamps! so let us know.

The housemate (s):

I'm Joe (33) I'm an interior designer from London. I'm (usually) out and about a lot - I go to see plenty of live music and love being about in the city. I'm a constant tinkerer an DIY'er too.

Jaime - (33) - Works in for an art gallery, loves to travel, cook and go out dancing.

We are both working a lot currently, but there is a chill and social atmosphere at home with dinners and a general good natter on the sofa in the evenings.

You are:
A late 20s early/mid 30s... fun, tidy, respectful, sociable, chill person who's up for creating a homely atmosphere with a few out and about adventures here and there.
