We’re looking for 1 new housemate to join our friendly household Near Victoria Park in Hackney.

You'll be sharing with:

Kevin – Lighting designer
Chloe - Executive Assistant
Olivia - Personal trainer
Junn - Event designer

We get on really well, enjoy a laid-back and respectful home, and are hoping to find like-minded housemates who are clean, considerate, and easy to live with.

🛏️ 1 Room Available (first bedroom in the video tour):

£800 + bills per month
Bedroom view of the Park
Large desk
Large inbuilt cupboard + Plenty of extra storage
There are four bathrooms in total, with two shared between you and two other roommates.

💡 Bills are not included – average around £135/month (covers all bills including council tax, high-speed fibre broadband and twice a month cleaning.

Directly overlooks Mabley Green Park
On the Red Path Cycle Route
🚶‍♂️ 10-min walk to Homerton Station
🚶‍♀️ 15-min walk to Hackney Wick Station

References (landlord & employer)
Proof of income (minimum salary: £30,000/year)

Please note: since the photos and video were taken, the hot tub has been removed and replaced with wooden decking, complete with tables and chairs.
Everyone here enjoys a quiet, clean, and respectful home. This is definitely not a party house.
