Lovely double room next to Victoria Park

Looking for someone to take my spacious room in Homerton. Ideally looking for someone to move in on the 16th November.

Location: The flat is situated right near shops / takeaways and a 2-minute walk from Victoria Par. Homerton overground station is a 5-10 walk away. Hackney Wick is also a 10 minute walk away.

The flat itself is homely, with a huge living room we often use for hosting friends.

You’ll be sharing be with 2 other amazing flatmates. Lizzie just graduated after finishing her degree in civil engineering and Tom is a lawyer who recently moved to london from Brighton. Both flatmates are into sport but equally are always up for a pint at our local pub (adam and eve)! i’ve lived here for 2 years and the flat dynamic has always been super chill - we are all quite social but also respect each others right to privacy / downtime.

Cleanliness is obviously a given, as the house is an old build we really value keeping the space clean & tidy. This is also a LGBTQ friendly flat so no homophobes please thank you 💋

Bills are excluded from the rent but usually come to around £100 per month.

We will be looking to do some viewings most likely midweek evenings so if the above sounds like a good fit please get in touch :)
