We occasionally spend evenings catching up over a cup of tea; and respect each-others space, so no pressure if you want to spend time on your own. We make the most of our lovely neighbourhood; great for walks and street markets.  About the current housemate: currently working in a local cafe. Doesn’t smoke. Rarely drinks. Enjoys weekend hikes outside London with friends, badminton, gym, and mountaineering.

Hackney Central, Stratford Westfield, and the new V&A museum are all a short bicycle ride away.   Hackney Wick, Here East, Chatsworth Road street market are 5-minutes walk away.

The flat itself and the surrounding streets are quiet at night time.  Easy to fall asleep here.

Close to Hackney Wick overground station (1-stop away from Stratford).  Bus W15 takes you to Leyton station in 10-minutes; a Central Line underground.  Bus 308 goes to Stratford station in 10-minutes where the underground has Central, Elizabeth, and Jubilee lines.  The DLR, London Overground, National Rail, and high speed rail are also found at Stratford station.

References needed with proof of income. First month’s rent and deposit to be paid before moving-in day.
