Double Room - Near Victoria Park & London Fields

We have a lovely double room available in our three-bedroom flat in Homerton, close to well street with lots of local shops, cafes etc and conveniently close walking distance to London Fields and Victoria Park.

The flat itself is in a new build. It has lift/stair access and is spacious and bright. There's a huge balcony as well as access to a communal rooftop terrace - both get direct sunlight all day and are amazing for summer!

The room comes part furnished with a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe, (bed in photos won't be staying). You'll be sharing a large bathroom with just one other person.

Bills are approximately £110 per month which cover gas, electricity, internet, council tax, TV license, and a cleaner every fortnight—so everything is pretty much taken care of!

About us - we are Nat and Fatima! We've lived here for almost 6 years and feel that we've really made this flat a home. One of us works in Fashion, the other in Finance. We're super friendly and sociable people. As most do, we enjoy the usual pleasures in life and often go to gigs/festivals/exhibitions. We like to have friends over for dinner, we enjoy hanging in pubs, exploring new restaurants around Hackney and London, drinking nice wine and travelling often!

We're looking for a someone like minded to join us, Ideally someone who has their own life but also wants to be friends and hang out occasionally. We're looking for someone that's neat, clean, and considerate, who treats the flat with care and respects shared spaces.
