The flat spreads over 2 floors. The double bedroom comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. It is south-facing so you'll get plenty of sun in the mornings! Very spacious common areas, with a lovely living room and kitchen with dishwasher and a new fridge. We have an outdoor patio which is perfect for summer.

Bills and council tax are charged separately from rent but they are very affordable, usually sitting at around £100 pcm overall (a bit more in the winter, a bit less in the summer).

The flat is part of Priory Court Estate and has a security gate and access to a garage. Our neighbours are the BEST, they organise regular community events and are always around to help if you need anything. Truly a massive asset during our time here!

The area is amazing, less than a 10 minute walk away from transport links and places like the Castle Cinema, Chats Palace, Chatsworth Road Market and loads of shops and cafes. Millfields Park is just up the road, Hackney Marshes and the canal are also really close!

We’re lively, outgoing and you’ll find us enjoying time outdoors all year round. While we love some live music and an evening out we equally enjoy a good night in with a book or a film. We spent a while travelling before moving to London so aim to bring that same excitement and energy to our life in London. We moved here because of its friendly, community atmosphere and that's what we want to continue with anyone who moves in.

We are looking for people who want to make a home, not just live in the same building. People who are friendly but respectful and mindful of others.
