We are gutted to leave our place in Homerton, we have loved this maisonette flat so much over the past 2.5 years!

The flat spreads over 2 floors. The double bedroom comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. It is south-facing so you'll get plenty of sun in the mornings! Very spatious common areas, with a lovely living room and kitchen with dishwasher and a new fridge. We have an outdoor patio which is perfect for summer.

Bills and council tax are charged separately from rent but they are very affordable, usually sitting at around £100 pcm overall (a bit more in the winter, a bit less in the summer).

The flat is part of Priory Court Estate and has a security gate and access to a garage. Our neighbours are the BEST, they organise regular community events and are always around to help if you need anything. Truly a massive asset during our time here!

The area is amazing, less than a 10 minute walk away from transport links and places like the Castle Cinema, Chats Palace, Chatsworh Road Market and loads of shops and cafes. Millfields Park is just up the road, Hackney Marshes and the canal are also really close!

You'll be living with a lovely couple from New Zealand, they both work in the creative industry. We have become really good friends over the past years here and they would love to find others who are keen to make this place a shared home, have dinner or watch a movie together sometimes!
