sadly two of our lovely housemates will be moving out end of october and we’ll be looking to fill the rooms from the 1st November! 🏡🤸🏼‍♀️

room 1 (£1100 pm) room is a large en-suite, located on the first floor. room 2(£900pm) is split between a ground floor room and first floor room. the tenants before us used the ground floor as their home office and the upstairs as their bedroom and my current flatmates does the opposite, but both rooms are yours only so can do whatever works - it’s a really convenient setup if you wfh / are artistic and want the separation!

it’s a 4-bedroom house in homerton / lower clapton with 2.5 bathrooms, huge living room, and lots of storage. rooms come unfurnished with option to buy some pieces and the boys are taking some homeware and furniture but a good bit of the living space will be furnished! house also has dishwasher and washer / dryer 🧼🫧

you’d be living with myself (25) and emily (27). i work for a conservation charity and emily works in civil service. we’re both have friends outside the house from living in london, but we often hang out in the evenings watching tv / going to the pub, and do occasional house dinners/parties/ etc.

we are looking for two people between 25 - 32, ideally looking for female flatmates but would be open to a male flatmate if we all get on 🪷 unfortunately the landlord requires that all tenants are employed full time. landlord would like us to fill the rooms ASAP so doing viewings in the coming week!
