Hola ☺️ I live at this property at the moment & it's such a lovely space I don't want to leave! My two best mates are leaving to move in with their partners (boooo) so i'm looking for a new tenant! I think i'd like to share the 3-bed (all ensuite!) house with just one other person and make the smaller room a guest room/office space for us. We have a lovely, modern & well equipped kitchen, big garden perfect for BBQs, sunny balcony for wine drinking & a lovely warm lounge with sliding doors. Then 3 decent sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom! I'm on the top floor at the back of the house, across from the the smallest room which I think would make a great office/guest room. The middle room on the front of the house would be yours, meaning noone would be living above or below you- aka nice and private :)

The bills are £105 per month (council tax, wifi, leccy, gas etc) & you can apply for a parking permit easily- I just did.

I'm big into sport, play football twice a week, swim, run, cycle & then go skiing/surfing every year. (Join me if you fancy any of them!) I'm 33 and work in Hackney Wick for a drinks brand. I work at the office 4 days a week and from home 1 day. I have a ridiculous old cat called Bean who I rescued during Covid! She likes to sit on people, so be prepared 😂 I am looking for a housemate who is social (I can take you to all the best local cafes/bars!) but also respects my privacy. Would be nice to hang out & cook together sometimes.
