King size bedroom in East Dulwich

Bright double bedroom with king size bed in newly renovated Victorian maisonette in East Dulwich. New kitchen, large sitting room with log burner, lovely new bathroom with walk in shower.

Sharing with me, 41 years old. I work in the City and am in the office 4-5 days a week. Ideal for: someone who works from the office (or similar) at least 3 days a week. Clean, tidy, respectful, and easy going. Would be lovely to have a flatmate who likes to share the odd meal or glass of wine together :)

About me: I love the flat but am also often out. Into yoga, meditation, gym, cycling, wine! Looking for someone sociable and fun who likes to have a laugh. Short or long term rental is fine, I’m very flexible. Must like cats!


Flat is on the top two floors of the building with outside stairs, so has fabulous views, and a cute terrace garden.

363 bus stop right outside and Honor Oak park station (direct into London Bridge, Victoria, shoreditch high st, Highbury & Islington, Clapham junction) is a 15 min walk.

Peckham rye park and Dulwich park, along with various coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, are all within walking distance.

I have a cat called Winston who is super friendly :)

Bills included - gas, electric, sky tv/Netflix etc., internet. Cleaner comes every fortnight.
