King size bedroom in East Dulwich

Sharing with me, 41, I work in the City and am usually in the office 4–5 days a week.
Ideally you’ll also work from the office (or similar) at least 3 days a week.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going; looking for someone similar who values a calm, comfortable home but also enjoys the occasional glass of wine, dinner or TV together.

About me: I love this flat and have put a lot of love into it. It’s very comfortable and peaceful!
Into yoga, meditation, gym, cycling, wine, good food, and laughter. I’m out quite a lot but on quieter evenings I’m usually curled up with Winston (my very friendly cat) and Netflix by the log burner.

Would suit someone kind, emotionally aware, fun and considerate; the sort of person who loves their own space but enjoys a good chat in the kitchen too, or at the local pub!
Must like cats.
Short or long term is fine — I’m flexible on timing.

The flat:
Top two floors with its own outside stairs, terrace garden, and lovely views.
15 mins to Honor Oak Park station (direct to London Bridge, Victoria, Shoreditch, Highbury & Islington, Clapham Jct).
Peckham Rye, Dulwich Park, and loads of great cafés, pubs, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Bills included: gas, electric, Sky TV/Netflix, Wi-Fi etc.
Cleaner comes every fortnight.
