Hi all, I’m Charlie. I’m 28, working in law, and have been living in London for six years now. I consider myself pretty easy-going and sociable. I love sports and fitness, socialising with friends, and a pub day featuring a pint or two. I’m in the office four days a week and don’t have much time in the week, but have freer weekends. I would say I am also quite independent and appreciate alone time.

I occupy one of the rooms of this three-bedroom flat, and another is taken by a friend of mine, Cal, who is 25 and works as a chef in Soho. Cal works in the restaurant five days per week and has Sundays and a rotating weekday off. He similarly likes sports and enjoys cheffing up some food in his spare time. We are looking to rent out the third bedroom to someone like us.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, appreciates alone time, but also sociable. Unfortunately no students – sorry – as we want to keep the place clean and tidy and I don’t think this flat will suit the lifestyle. We have a bi-weekly cleaner to keep the place in shape.

In terms of location, I work in Bank and the commute takes me 40 minutes. The flat is connected to the overground via Forest Hill or Honor Oak (equidistant). The national rail into London Bridge is also possible and takes just ten minutes. Forest Hill and Honor Oak are both lovely, very suited to young professionals. Lots of nice coffee shops, independent restaurants and shops, and pubs and bars. Not far from Dulwich Park either.

I take care of the bills – WiFi, council tax, water, electricity, gas, cleaner, TV license – but require a monthly payment to cover your third. The bills come to approximately £130 pp/pm (cheaper in the summer).
