We are looking for a lovely housemate to share our 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms flat. We are less than one minute away from Honor Oak Park station and 10 minutes from Crofton Park Station. The flat is an old Victorian house full of character that has been recently renovated.

The kitchen and living area are a lovely open plan space with loads of natural light, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The room is a quiet double bedroom, with loads of natural light.

We are both working professionals and love keeping a clean, tidy, and friendly home, so we're looking for someone who fits into this type of living space!

New tenants must pass credit checks and have good references.

If you don't know the area, we are located a 20-minute walk from Dulwich, Peckham Park and all that Peckham has to offer (cinema, food, parties...). But on our high street, you can find everything you need from restaurants, supermarkets (right on our doorstep), a few parks and green spaces, pubs, music, bike shops, coffee shops.

The flat is less than a minute away from Honor Oak Park station with overground directly to Highbury and Islington (20 min to Shoreditch-25 to Dalston) and Crystal Palace. We also have the Southern service to London Bridge (10 min) and all the way to Battersea Park in the other direction, including Balham.

We look after a dog occasionally, so the person needs to be ok with dogs. She is a friendly energetic dog who will love you.
