Room to let in luxury Dulwich townhouse

I am looking for a friendly professional person to rent a room in my beautiful home.

I live here and run my business from here most days which does mean the living room is not accessible during working hours. We are two professionals in their 40s who spend a lot of time travelling and going out meaning this large house spread over 3 floors accommodates three people living here very comfortably.

The area is awesome and has good transport links from Honor Oak which is 12 minute walk plus all of the buses taking you to Peckham Rye West Dulwich and Forest Hill .

Walking distance to the vibrant Peckham Rye scene as well as East Dulwich, Dulwich and Forest Hill.
Set in a peaceful, leafy part of town, there are many things to do from outdoor activities to great food and drink spots close by.

Don’t let Google maps lure you into thinking we are miles away from town- we are not!
Honor Oak Park station has Southern and Overground links to all over town. For example Shoreditch High street takes 15 mins on the overground and one stop before at Whitechapel means you can pick up the Elizabeth line connecting you to so much more including Heathrow airport.
If you work in London Bridge that’s 14mins direct. Going to soho? Overground to Canada Water then hop downstairs to the jubilee line and you’ll be there in under 30 mins door to door.

The house is a stunning home set over 4 floors with the basement kitchen leading to a private patio garden. On the third floor there are two double rooms and a large family bathroom for those rooms use.

Your room is a double but currently set up with a generous single bed and desk. If you would prefer a double bed an wish to bring your own I would be happy to accomodate.

My bedroom is set away from the rest of the house on the top floor where I have a private bathroom and sitting area.
The house is a new build, built to look old. So it has the period style you’d expect (with my bold interior design style!) we also contribute £40 cash to a cleaner fortnightly.

I have a small, happy and friendly dog and a cat who does what she pleases and is no trouble at all!

We will require references and a contract to provide protection and fairness for all of us. 😊
